The Indonesian association of seaweed processors (ASTRULI) has embarked on a journey to grow the market of sustainably produced seaweed products like agar and carrageenan and other innovative and high-quality hydrocolloids. ASTRULI, representing 20 members active in the seaweed processing industry in Indonesia, will therefore participate in the Food Ingredients and Natural Ingredients Europe on December 03 – 05, 2019 in Paris.
