Agar Swallow has a capacity of producing more than 60 tons of agar per month in a factory located close to Jakarta. Agar Swallow has adopted closed method production processe with strict hygiene measurements in placet o obtain high uality agar product. The company producesedible seaweed with high gel elasticity and a textured solidity. The product doesn’t contain preservatives, nor does the company use food hardening agents.
