The Indonesian association of seaweed processors (ASTRULI) with brand Indonesia Seaweed has embarked on a journey to grow the market of sustainably produced seaweed products like agar and carrageenan that are used as additive ingredients to improve quality with high water absorption ability, gel formation or as a thickening. The products are exported as marine hydrocolloid for the food industry, non-food, biotechnology, various application and Its safe for vegan life style.
ASTRULI, represented by 6 members active in seaweed processing industry in Indonesia and supported by Indonesian Ministry of Marine and Fisheries will therefore participate in person December 06 – 08, 2022 at Indonesia Seaweed Pavilion Booth No. 7.1H50 Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, France.
